WoW Classic Phase 6 Preparation Guide for Naxxramas, Scourge Invasion

The kickoff of Naxxramas has been quite possibly the most expected occasions in WoW Classic since the time the game dispatched back in 2019. While a great deal of players assaulted the gliding fortification in Wrath of the Lich King, scarcely any messed with it during Vanilla WoW. Mostly in light of the fact that its delivery came quickly before the dispatch of The Burning Crusade. In those days, players weren't enthused about battling through Naxx just to need to supplant their well deserved outfitted a couple of months after the fact once the new development dispatched. However, things are a lot of various at this point.

Nowadays, the vast majority who play wow classic gold do it for the sake of entertainment (envision that) and to finish however much of the substance as could be expected in its unique structure. Players are probably not going to skip Naxxramas this time around. Indeed, a great deal of them have been planning for it for quite a long time or even months. With WoW Classic Phase 6 planned to dispatch on December first, there's still a touch of time to get ready for the impending difficulties. However, don't stress in case you don't know where to begin since this guide will disclose to you all you require to think about how to plan for Phase 6 and Naxxaramas.

The Scourge Invasion

As referenced, Phase 6 dispatches on December first (through fix 1.13.6), in any case, both Naxxramas and the Scourge Invasion occasion will just several days after the fact on December third. It's most likely going to take some time before the normal player steps foot inside Naxxramas, however everyone will actually want to partake in the Scourge Invasion occasion when December third moves around.

The Scourge will attack different spaces of Azeroth during this occasion, including significant urban areas. In case you're a low level player you don't need to stress over the crowds since they're impartial until players assault them first. Simply let them be and the watchmen will deal with them.

In case you're a significant level player, in any case, you'll need to murder as large numbers of the hordes as you can on the grounds that they drop valuable things, like Necrotic Runes and Invader's Scourgestones. You'll require the Runes to gather exceptional first class undead hordes while the Scourgestones can be turned in for Argent Dawn notoriety. More on that later Keep as a main priority that the Scourgestones possibly drop on the off chance that you have the Argent Dawn Commission knickknack prepared.

Zone Invasions

Accepting you would prefer not to go the entire day cultivating hordes around your home city, it's an ideal opportunity to go to one of the primary Scourge Invasion territories – Eastern Plaguelands, Burning Steppes, Blasted Lands, Tanaris, Wintersrping, and Azshara. A flying Necropolis will be available inside every one of these spaces, which you can endeavor to dispose of. At any rate incidentally.

You do this by murdering Scourge nearby until four Cultist Engineers generates that you should dispense with individually. The hordes will not be threatening from the outset and you'll have to converse with them and offer them Necrotic Runes to have them change into world class crowds known as Shadows of Doom. Slaughter the entirety of the elites to incidentally clear the territory.

Shadow of Doom hordes drop gear that expands your harm against Undead. Make a point to get however much of that as could be expected in light of the fact that you will require it in Naxxramas. Moreover, the hordes likewise drop Corruptor's Scourgestones. You've presumably seen these previously on the off chance that you've been playing WoW Classic for some time. If not, simply hold tight to them since you'll utilize these to build your rep with the Argent Dawn.

In case you're searching for much more stuff, wander around the attacked zones and watch out for the new Rare hordes as these additionally drop things that increment your harm against the Undead. There are four things that can drop from these hordes and, in contrast to the others, these are BoE. Given how valuable they are, these things will most likely be extravagant, so it's presumably a smart thought to load up on some WoW Classic gold already on the off chance that you intend to get them from the closeout house.

Naxxramas Attunement

Like different assaults in WoW Classic, Naxxramas must be gotten to whenever you have finished the necessary attunement journey. Try not to stress, however, on the grounds that this one isn't pretty much as irritating as a portion of the others. Truth be told, you should simply finish a speedy mission given by Archmage Angela Dosantos at Light's Hope Chapel. The solitary admonition is that you'll should be in any event Honored with the Argent Dawn for the mission to open up. This is the place where the Scourgestones referenced before come in.

You can get a good chunk of reputation by turning in Scourgestones and you also get a bit of rep by killing the Undead mobs that drop them. Reaching Honored with the Argent Dawn is pretty simple but you’ll want to try and get at least to Revered if possible. That’s because, in addition to the reputation requirement, the attunement quest also requires you to bring gold and some rare materials. The amounts differ depending on your reputation.

At Exalted, you don’t need to bring anything but getting there requires you to farm Stratholme and Scholomance over and over, which is very time-consuming. Players who saved up a good amount of Valor Tokens will have a much easier time since that’s the only other reliable way of gaining reputation past Revered. If you haven’t and don’t feel like grinding dungeons for days, you’ll have to get your hands on 60 gold, 5 Arcane Crystals, 2 Nexus Crystals, and 1 Righteous Orb if you’re at Honored. At Revered, you’ll only need 30 gold, 2 Arcane Crystals, and 1 Nexus Crystal.

If you’re not exactly swimming in gold at the moment, we recommend checking out our list of the best WoW Classic Phase 5 gold farming spots. If farming isn’t your thing, you could try boosting lower level players or selling crafting materials to get the necessary funds. Otherwise, you could buy wow gold classic from websites that specialize in this sort of thing to speed up the process. Either way, you’ll need several hundred pieces of gold to buy everything if you can’t make it to Exalted. And, let’s face it, only a small percentage of players can.

Argent Dawn Rewards

Earning reputation with the Argent Dawn will not unlock the doors of Naxxramas to you, it will also give you a chance to buy some useful items in exchange for Necrotic Runes. Blessed Wizard Oil and Consecrated Sharpening Stones are arguably the most useful ones as they increase your damage again Undead by a significant amount. These items are only available during the Scourge Invasion so make sure to grab as many of them are you can.  Same goes for several pairs of gloves that also make you stronger against Undead.

Meanwhile, you can also get various patterns and consumables at certain reputation milestones. Even more importantly, you’ll want to keep an eye out for the shoulder enchants. Specifically, the ones that give you +5 frost resistance. +5 may not seem like much but every little bit counts when you’re in Naxxramas.

Frost Resistance

Speaking of frost resistance, you’ll want to stack up on as much of it as you can because you’ll certainly need in once you’re in Naxxramas. Particularly towards the end of the raid. Phase 6 introduces Tier 3 armor sets that provide you with plenty of frost resistance, however, many of the pieces only drop from bosses within the raid. Meanwhile, all the other pieces need to be crafted using patterns that, you guessed it, can also only be found in Naxxramas.

But while you won’t be able to get a ton of frost resistance before entering the raid, you can get some. Aside from the aforementioned shoulder enchant, you’ll also want to get Ice Guard (from Light’s Hope Chapel), the head piece you get from the Onyxia quest, the Glacial Cloak and a Greater Resistance enchant to go along with it. Keep an eye out for any other pieces of gear that give you a decent amount of frost resistance and, of course, you’ll also want to get your hands on a few Greater Frost Protection potions as well.
